6:50 am: Coaches Meeting

7:20 am: Varsity BOYS race 8 runners per team

8:00 am: Varsity GIRLS race 8 runners per team

8:40 am: JV BOYS race

9:20 am: JV GIRLS race

10:00 a.m. Youth race (6-8th grade) 

Awards: Varsity Team: 1st and 2nd Place

Varsity Individuals: 1-15 medals

JV individuals: 1-20 ribbons

Timing and scoring by Elite Timing. 

Entry Fee: $125.00 per school (B&G) or 75.00 for Girls or Boys team. This fee is NONREFUNDABLE if the meet is canceled due to a weather related event. 

Every JV runner past 20 will be $2.00 charge per runner.

Entry Deadline with payment is Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019

Meet will be capped at 50 teams.

Parking: Per agreement with Eastern Florida State College (EFSC), no team buses, vans and cars allowed on the campus. This includes NO dropping off of runners. ALL TEAM VEHICLES MUST PARK AT CHAIN OF LAKES. 

Entrance to the Chain of Lakes; 

All Teams Vans, Buses and cars carrying runners. 

Turn right from U.S. 1 North bound side on to Truman Scarborough Way, follow the road into the

park. Once inside the park, turn right proceed to the dirt lot closest to the course. Do not park at the Soccer fields. 

EFSC parking is for spectators only.

All spectators are to use the south entrance to EFSC, by Parrish Hospital. 

Enter from U.S. 1 on to Oak Grove Road. Hospital is on the right ( East side).

Parking is on the south side of the Gym. Parking is 5.00 per car. All cars entering EFSC Must pay.

Course: 5K course, flat and fast, mostly grass with exception of metal bridge crossings. Short spikes are recommended. 

Meet T-shirts will be on sale.

Concessions will be available. 

Restrooms within the Park and race site.

Youth 2 Mile Race: Cost is $5.00 per runner. Ribbons for top 10 male and female finishers.
