3rd Annual Knights Dungeon Invitational

This meet is limited to 25 teams. The first 25 teams to register will be eligible to run.

Cost: $100 per school ($50 for each gender)
$25 per individual runner

Coaches meeting: 7:30 a.m.
Girls Varsity: 8:00 a.m. (Up to ten runners)
Boys Varsity: 8:30 a.m. (Up to ten runners)
Combined JV: 9:00 a.m. (unlimited)

Trophies for the top 2 teams for each gender. Medals for top 15 of each gender. Ribbons for top 15 JV runners of each gender.

There will be a $5.00 dollar parking fee and Limited Concessions. 
The course is run entirely on the hilly campus of East Ridge High School with zero loops. The terrain is approximately 50% asphalt and 50% grass. This will be one of the most elevated courses you will run on this season!
