Schedule of Events:

Coach’s Meeting 7:00am
Boys Varsity 7:30am
Girls Varsity 8:00am
Boys Junior Varsity 8:30am
Girls Junior Varsity 9:10am
Awards Ceremony 10:00am

Teams may run ten (10) athletes in each varsity race, unlimited entries in JV races.

Coaches: Please enter your entire roster. Everyone will be assigned a number and chip timed and you will be able to select your varsity roster the morning of the meet.

DEADLINE for entries: Tuesday, September 2nd @ 11:59pm

Awards: Trophies for top three teams in each varsity race and trophies for top two teams in each junior varsity race. Medals for top 10 individuals in each varsity race and ribbons for 11-25 (in chute). Ribbons for top 20 finishers in JV races (in chute).

Meet Fees:

$50 per team/$100 for both boys and girls teams. JV free with varsity $40 per JV Team (If no varsity)

***To keep with the schedule, there will be a cut-off of 28:00 for the boys varsity race and 30:00 for the girls varsity race. No limits in the junior varsity races.***
