Coaches Meeting

• 9:30 AM – Mandatory attendance for all coaches.
• 11:30 AM – Additional meeting for running events.

Check-In & Event Procedures

• Implement Weigh-In: Begins at 9:00 AM at the start/finish line area.
• Athlete Check-In: All athletes must check in at first call. Field event athletes must check in even if in another flight. Relay teams must check in together at the pavilion.
• Warm-Ups: Conducted on the practice football field.

Policies & Regulations

• Infield Policy: Athletes are not permitted on the infield unless competing. Violation will result in disqualification.
• Coaches Access: Restricted to designated coaches’ boxes for field events.
• Electronic Devices: Athletes may not use electronic devices on the infield, field event venues, or during check-in. Violation will result in disqualification.

Facilities & Amenities

• Admission: $8.00 (GoFan link will be provided closer to the meet).
• Restrooms & Tent Area: Available for participants’ convenience.
• Coaches Packet: Includes meet schedules and athlete certificates.
• Coaches’ Area: Lunch and eating area will be at the picnic tables or in the training room.
• Refreshments: Drinks for coaches and officials will be available at the troubleshooting table (start/finish line).
• Awards: Teams can collect awards from their designated team folder at the end of the meet.

Officials & Jury of Appeals

• Certified Officials: All field events will be officiated by CFTOA-certified officials.
• Jury of Appeals: Joseph, First Baptist of Bunnell, Peniel Baptist, Florida Deaf and Blind, Trinity Christian.

10:00 AM – Field Events and 3200 M

Boys will follow girls except girls will follow boys discus

We will make sure athletes have enough time in between these events
12:00 PM – 4×800 Meter Relay
1:00 PM – Running Finals
