• 1:00PM – Mandatory attendance for all coaches.

Check-In & Event Procedures

• Implement Weigh-In: Begins at 11:00 AM.
• Athlete Check-In: All athletes must check in at first call.

Policies & Regulations

• Electronic Devices: Athletes may not use electronic devices on the infield, field event venues, or during check-in. Violation will result in disqualification.

Meet Schedule:

1:00 PM – Coaches Meeting

1:15 PM – Field Event Begin

1:30 PM – 4 x 800 Relay (Girls followed by boys)

3:30 PM – Running Finals
