4th Annual Bayside XC Invitational

Entry Fee:

* $50 per girls or boys varsity team; or $90 per school (both boys and girls varsity)

* JV team FREE with entry of Varsity.

Entries can be input and edited until Tuesday September 26th at midnight. Please make sure all entries are done at that time so as not to need any last minute changes and give our timing company the necessary time to create all of the electronic lists for the meet.

Coaches, please let your parents and spectators know:

* There will be a general admission fee of $4 per adult and $2 per student. Parking is free.

* We are planning on having a pancake breakfast fundraiser before, during, and after our meet. This will be a very convenient way for spectators to get some breakfast and for your athletes to get some food after they are done racing.

* Pancakes, sausage, and coffee or juice all for just $5

* Eagle Sportz will be on site printing our fantastic commemorative Bayside XC Invitational t-shirt as well as other options.

No entry fees will be accepted on the day of the meet without Bayside Athletic Director’s approval.

7:00 a.m. Coaches meeting at the finish line in the stadium

7:30 a.m. Girls Varsity race

8:00 a.m. Boys Varsity race

8:45 a.m. Girls JV race

9:30 a.m. Boys JV race

10:30 a.m. Awards

Awards:

* Trophy for 1st and 2nd place teams

* Medals for top 3 finishers in each race (Girls and Boys Varsity)

Course:

* flat and hill, grass and dirt, well groomed trail section in the woods

* a race map will be updated to this page as it gets closer to race day
