1. East Qualifying Meet
• East meet is Thursday, March 20 at FHS
• East Schools: WHHS, LRHS, HCHS, RCHS, LWHS, AHS, FHS, FMHS, ASA,
• Coaches meetings at 1:00 pm
• Meet starts at 1:30 pm
• Timing by Elite timing -district pays him
• Bus Trip pickup at 12 noon (split trip); Return to site at 6 pm
• School may enter 4 individuals in each event; 1 relay team
• Top 8 in each individual event qualifies for county finals
• Top 4 relay teams qualify for county finals
• Host schools retains all gate receipts and concessions
• Uniform security required
• Team champion trophies provided by district office
Entry Procedure: Please enter your athletes online. Please print out a receipt of your athletes entered and bring to the meet with you. Follow the steps listed below.
- If you have not registered for an account with www.milesplit.us, you need to do that before you can enter your athletes
- Go to www.fl.milesplit.com
- Go to calendar, click on 2014 Outdoor T & F
- Find the East County Meet or the West County Meet
- Entries can be viewed online at www.elitetiming.net
- You follow the same procedure when entering your runners for the district meet with the exception that you have to find the Class and District track event.
