District meet entries must be entered online at flrunners.com by April 12th by 11:59pm. You will be allowed to enter four (4) athletes in the individual events and one (1) relay team.

Awards: Team Champion and Runner-up Trophies will be presented.

Admission: $6.00 / Concessions will be available.

Coaches Meeting: Will be held at 11:30am on April 16th at the South end of the Track. This will be a scratch meeting only. Please try to be there by this time. The meet will start at 12:00pm.

Schedule: The time schedule for the Meet will be as follows:

Field Events (Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump & Triple Jump will get three (3) prelim attempts and then the top 8 will qualify for finals and will get three (3) more attempts. For High Jump and Pole Vault each athlete will continue to jump until they scratch out. They will have 3 attempts at each height. Field events will be done in flights of 8.)

Notes:

1. ALL FHSAA rules will be in effect.
2. ALL athletes are to sit on the visitor’s side. The home side will be kept open for spectators. NO coaches or athletes will be allowed on the infield unless they are participating in an event. Athletes not in compliance will be disqualified. This includes coaches as well. Head Coaches make sure any assistant coaches you have understand this. Athletes will report ready to compete. Head Coaches make sure your athletes and assistants know this ahead of time. This will be strictly enforced! Warm-ups are to take place on the area marked on the infield only.
3. Each team will be given 4 coaches wrist bands. (2 head coaches and 2 assistant coaches) All other coaches will need to pay to get in or use their state series pass. 
4. The track surface is asphalt.
5. Implement weigh in will be from 10:30-11:30am. This is for shot put, discus, and pole vault. 
6. Coaches make sure you are at the field event you are set to run by 11:45am. Please note all rules in the NFHS handbook and FHSAA handbook will be enforced for all field events.

The meet will be scored by the following point system:
Individual Scoring 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Relay Scoring 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Ribbons will be awarded to the top 8 in each event.
