The time schedule for the meet will follow the regional and state guidelines to accommodate the schools that are participating from multiple counties.

• Reminder – the 400m Hurdles have replaced the 300m Hurdles.  All district meet hosts must have their tracks marked for the 400m Hurdles.
• Selection of a registered FHSAA Officials Association to officiate the meet.  The FHSAA requires the use of a registered FHSAA Officials Association.  A list of registered associations is located in this packet.  A meet referee and starter are required and the positions cannot hold concurrently.

• District Meet entries shall be submit onDirectAthletics.  Entry deadline is determine by FHSAA and is note on the meet entry page on DirectAthletics.  Please see the current FHSAA Track & Field Manual for entry procedure specifics.

• The host school must provide district awards for para-athlete individuals via Crown Awards
• The district meet will be timed and score (by Half Mile Timing.)  Half Mile Timing will coordinate with all district meet hosts upon receipt of the district planning meeting report by FHSAA.  The baseline cost for timing at all district meets will be $1200 which includes a single Finish Lynx camera system to be used for the common finish line, ultrasonic wind gauge for running events, and single line results clock to show running time during the events.  Additional options are available at the request of each district.  Half Mile Timing will contact each district to coordinate timing preferences after the planning meeting report.
