Course Details:
The course is 100% cross country approved! Wide-open start which is also close to the 1-mile mark and the finish line. Finish is a straight sprint from the lake loop into the baseball field.

Lake Nona High School
12500 Narcoossee Road
Orlando, FL 32832.
Course is located behind the school. Parking is located in the back parking lot, at Valencia next door to the school, or in the parking lot next to the stadium.
TEAM ENTRY FEES:
$100 per school (both genders)
$70 per gender team
JV teams run free with paying varsity team
Entry is limited to the first 16 teams so please contact Coach Lowe at ryan.lowe@ocps.net if you have any questions.

7:30 Coaches Meeting
8:00 AM Varsity Boys
8:30 AM Varsity Girls
9:00 AM JV Boys and Girls (combined)
OTHER NOTES:
Admission and Parking are free. The concession stand will be open; there will be a hospitality tent set-up for the coaches and officials.
AWARDS:
Trophies awarded to the winner and runner up teams in the varsity and junior varsity races. Medals awarded to first 10 runners in each varsity race with top 20 receiving ribbons. Ribbons also awarded to the first 20 runners for each gender in the junior varsity race.
