ENTRY INFORMATION

– Limit of 3 student-athletes per event

– Entries completed online using flrunners.com

– All running events are timed finals.

– Scoring for all events (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1)

– Field Events participants will have 3 attempts

– AWARDS – Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places; Ribbons for 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th places; Team Trophies for Winners and Runners-Up
