ENTRY FEE: $60 for one team $100 for two teams

TEAMS: Varsity GIRLS Varsity BOYS

ADMISSION: $5 per person

AWARDS: Ribbons/medals for 1st- 8th place: Varsity GIRLS, Varsity BOYS

Notes:
1. This meet is by invitation only and requires a passcode for entry. If you have not been sent an invitation, please contact Coach LaLah, at kamilahwilliams@thefirstacademy.org

2. Must use 1/4″ pyramid spikes or smaller.

3. Events will be timed using Elite Timing systems. Full entries are due by Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 11:59pm and must be entered through Flrunners. Limite 4 athletes per event per team. Teams can enter both an A&B team in the 4×400. There will be a separate consolation heat in the 1600m (boys & girls combined)with unlimited entries run following the 3200m run. Please be advised that the password for meet entry until we receive your Registration Form. Also, turning in a registration form without requesting the meet password or getting a invitation to the meet does not guarantee your team entrance to the meet

4. Each participating team will be assigned a field event for a coach or team volunteer to help officiate. Please let us know what you might be interested in assisting with annotating such with your Registration Form. Assignments will be discussed at the Coach’s Meeting prior to the meet. Each school must have ATLEAST one volunteer to help assist with a field event.

5. There will be concessions throughout the day to serve you and your athletes.

6. We can only accept the first 25 teams to register by February 3, 2016 to make preparations for event parking and maintain an efficiently run meet.

7. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle will be allowed to park in the stadium lot next to the track. This can be either a team or equipment vehicle. All spectators will be required to park in the church parking lot or the Upper School parking lot just outside of the athletic complex.

8. TENTS: All teams tents must be set up behind the bleachers on the side opposite of the press box. No tents will be allowed on the press box side of the track.
