– You may enter 4 athletes per event.  1 Relay team per school

– You must provide times/distances for seeding, must be an automatic time.

– All entries are due to flrunners.com by – Saturday, April 8 at 11:59 pm

No changes can be made after this time.

– There will be scratches only on meet day – no substitutions

– Parking $5 per car. Information on parking is forthcoming

– Meet host will provide officials for field events. Coaches may be asked to assist the officials.
