6:00pm Awards: Trophies for top two teams, medals for 1st place in each event and ribbons for 2nd-8th. Medals/ribbons will be given in an envelope for coaches to take at the conclusion of the meet.

Entry Fee: $10 per athlete OR $30 per gender (if more than 3 athletes). $60 will be the maximum paid by any school. For example, school A has 2 boys ($20) and 10 girls ($30)- the fee assessed will be $40. School B might have 10 boys and 4 girls. It would be $60. This fee will help offset the cost of officials, timing, awards, custodians, and hospitality tent. All checks will be collected at packet pick-up and should be made payable to South Fork High School.

Team Tents: All teams should be set-up on the visitor side of the stadium, as well as in the sand volleyball area/field behind the visitor bleachers.

No athletes in uniform will be allowed in the HOME bleachers.

Concessions will be available all day!

Per the FHSAA, admission will be $7.00. State Series cards will also be accepted. Wristbands will be provided for coaches and all competing athletes and alternates. No other athletes will be allowed in as a competitor and will be expected to pay admission.

Packet Pick-Up/Team Entry will take place at the visitor-side gate.

Please be mindful that school will be in-session. All athletes and spectators will be expected to remain in the stadium area.

Buses may drop off at the stadium; however, they will be directed to the church lot nearby for parking. A shuttle will be running between both venues.

Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather or lightning alarm, all teams shall report to their team bus until notified that it is safe to re-enter the stadium. Friday, April 27th will be the rain day, if necessary.
