PARKING:
• Buses: Teams can unload along the parking lot by the portables and pick up their packets outside the ticket gate with wristband passes for coaches and athletes. After unloading, the buses will then be directed to park….
• Team Vans and Parents:

PACKET PICK-UP:
• Each team (boys and girls) will have a packet available outside the MAIN Ticket Gate. Inside each packet will be BLUE wristbands for each athlete and coach (in lieu of #’s). We will provide 4x coaches wristbands, if you need more please email Coach Schmitt by Wednesday, March 9, 2016. These wristbands will allow coaches and athletes to leave and re-enter the stadium as well as enter event areas, including the Pole Vault. ALL the FHSAA officials are aware of these BLUE wristbands, and no athletes will be DQ’ed.
• Coaches will be responsible for arranging to give BLUE wristbands to ATHLETES AND COACHES arriving later in the day.

ADMISSION: $_________________ per person.

DAY 1: Parents and spectators will receive a RED wristband on Day 1 so that they can re-enter the stadium. Parents with these bands will not have to pay again on DAY 2. RED wristbands will NOT be allowed inside the track or at the pole vault. Please make your parents aware.
Day 2: Parents and spectators will receive a YELLOW wristband. These bands will not allow entry inside the track.

Team camps/tents: may set up in the Visitors Stands. Garbage bags will be supplied at the coaches’ meeting.

Warm-Up Area: PLEASE inform your athletes that the warm-up area will be in the practice field behind the home stands. There will be NO WARM-UPS allowed on the track.
NO Athletes will be allowed on the MHS main campus while school is in session. If any athletes are found on campus they will face disqualification.
Relay Cards MUST be filled out and turned in to the clerk at check-in.
Inclement Weather Policy:
• If we have a lightning delay, teams and fans can:
o Seek shelter inside the gym OR
o Return to their buses
• If weather looks unavoidable, we will use Monday March 14 as an alternate date. If both dates are rained out, we will reschedule for March 14 and March 15, as necessary.
