ENTRY FEE: $60 for one team $120 for two teams
TEAMS: Varsity GIRLS Varsity BOYS
ADMISSION: $5 per person
AWARDS: Ribbons/Medals for 1st- 8th place for each division: Varsity GIRLS, Varsity BOYS
Team Limits: First 25 invited teams to register
Notes:
1. This meet is by invitation only and requires a password for entry. If you have not been sent an invitation, please contact Coach LaLah at Kamilahwilliams@thefirstacademy.org
Please respect the stated deadlines posted for meet entry.
2. Must use 1/4″ pyramid spikes or smaller.
3. Events will be timed using Elite Timing systems. Full entries are due by Wednesday, March 1, 2016 at 11:59pm and must be entered through Flrunners. Limit 2 teams per RELAY event WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE Sprint/Distance Medleys, Big Man 4x100m relay and the 4x400M relay. Limit is 3 athletes per individual event per team. There will be a separate consolation heat in the 1600m NO official times given Clock only.(boys & girls combined) with unlimited entries run following the 4x100M relays. The actual 1600M Run will be invitation only containing the top 30 fastest seeded times and will be split into 2 heats. Please be advised that the password for meet entry until we receive your Registration Form.
4. Each participating team will be assigned a field event or relay race for a coach or team volunteer to help officiate. Please let us know what you might be interested in assisting with annotating such with your Registration Form. Assignments will be discussed at the Coach’s Meeting prior to the meet. Each school must have AT LEAST one volunteer to help assist with a field event.
5. There will be concessions thought the day to serve you and your athletes.
6. We can only accept the first 25 teams register by February 16, 2016. Registration fees should be received no later than March 1, 2016.

7. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle will be allowed to park in the stadium lot next to the track. This can be either a team or equipment vehicle. All spectators will be required to park in the church parking lot or the Upper School parking lot just outside of the athletic complex.
8. TENTS: All team’s tents must be set up behind the bleachers on the side opposite of the press box. No tents will be allowed on the press box side of the track.
