Notes:
1. This meet is by invitation only. If you wish to be considered for participation and have not been sent an invitation, please contact Coach Rick Argro at (407) 206-8824.
2. Must use ¼” pyramid spikes or smaller.
3. Events will be timed using Elite Timing systems. Full entries are due by Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 11:59 pm and must be entered through FLrunners. Limit 4 athletes per event per team. There will be a separate consolation heat in the 1600m (boys & girls combined) with unlimited entries run following the 3200m run. Please be advised that the password for meet entry will not be sent until we have received your Registration Form.
4. Each participating team will be assigned a field event for a coach or volunteer to help officiate. Please let us know what you might be interested in assisting with by annotating such with your Registration Form. Assignments will be discussed at the Coach’s meeting prior to the meet. Each school must have at least one volunteer to help assist with a field event.
5. There will be concessions throughout the day to serve you and your athletes.
6. We can only accept the first 16 teams to send in their entry fee and Registration Form by Wednesday, January 29, 2014, so we can mail out parking passes prior to the meet. 7. Parking: Only 1 vehicle will be allowed to park in the stadium lot next to the track. This can be either a team or equipment bus. Each school will receive a parking pass for this vehicle. All spectators will be required to park in the church parking lot or the Upper School parking lot just outside the athletic complex.
8. Tents: All team tents must be set up behind the bleachers on the side opposite of the press box. No tents will be allowed on the press box side of the track.
