$150.00 per school (a boys’ and girls’ team)

$85.00 for only a boys’ or a girls’ team

Registration

1. All registration will take place on-line through the flrunners.com
2. Please have all entries completed by Sunday, March 29.
3. You can register 2 teams per track event (excluding 1600m Team Race [3 athletes] and hurdle races [2 individuals]), 1 pair per field event.

Admissions

$5.00 for all spectators

Please do not arrive on campus before 3:00 due to school traffic.

2x100mH, 2x110mH  (combined time)

4x100m

Medley Relay    (200-200-400-800)

1600m Team Race  (3 athletes, scored like cross country)

Sprint Medley Relay (100-100-200-400)

2x300mH  (combined time)

4x200m

Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600)

4x400m

** All teams need to have at least one coach available to help work a field event at the meet.
