Location of Course and Date of Race: Ridge Community High School, Davenport, Florida: Saturday, November 1st.
There is a $6 entry fee into the meet for spectators.

First place and Runner-up team trophies for boys and girls
Medals for top fifteen (15) places in boys and girls race
District to Region Advancement: 3.5.3.2.4 Advancement of Teams and Individuals
District Meet to Regional Meet. The first three (3) placing teams and the top 15 runners in each district meet in which six (6) or less teams of five to seven runners are entered, and the first four (4) placing teams and the top 15 runners in each district meet in which 7 or more teams of five to seven runners are entered,shall advance to the regional meet to which they are assigned. “Entered” is defined as being present at the starting line and competing. A runner who qualifies in the top 15 and who also is a member of a qualifying team may be replaced in the team lineup [regional meet/FHSAA Finals] by a substitute. The substitute, however, shall not be eligible for individual honors on any subsequent level of competition.

Entry Procedure: We will use the roster that you turn in on C2C as your official entry list for the race.
The official entry list for state cross country series due to the host school by 10-20-14
General: Please do not place your tents in the finish line area side. Please clean up your area when the meet is over. All races will start on time. If the district meet shows a net loss, each participating school will be responsible to help pay for the expenses. The total loss will be divided up equally and billed to your school’s athletic director. Determined tournament cost and payment of all expenses to all member schools of District 4A-5. All schools with pay a fee of $100.00 to help cover the expenses of the Championship and Runner-up trophies, individual awards and timing.
Timing: Elite Timing will be in charge of the timing.
